Meet Eric D. Brooks - Your Financial Coach

Hi, I’m Eric D. Brooks, a results-driven executive with extensive experience in fund administration, financial services, and organizational leadership. I have a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia University and I’ve built a solid foundation in strategic planning, financial coaching, client management, and providing analytical support to organizations across various sectors.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of holding leadership positions, including serving as Relationship Manager at JPMorgan's private bank and the 1199C Benefit and Pension Funds for Hospital and Healthcare Employees in Philadelphia, as Executive Director.

In addition to my work in the financial sector, I’ve also been deeply involved in workforce development and community engagement. At People for People Inc., I've leveraged my skills to mentor and train individuals in leadership and professional development, helping to empower others and make a lasting impact on the community.

I hold several prestigious certifications, including Benefit and Pension Plan Administration and the AMP Administrator’s Masters Program from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. These credentials, combined with my expertise in analyzing financial data and implementing effective administrative solutions, allow me to make informed, strategic decisions that drive results.
